IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE FROM THE VICE CHANCELLOR, AE-FUNAI
I wish to call the attention of members of the public to the fact that I, Professor Chinedum Nwajiuba, the Vice-Chancellor of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State, am not on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, or any other social media platform. I have been harangued by persons who apparently fell for confidence tricks and scams by characters claiming to be me whom they met and chatted with on social media. Some persons also claim to have paid huge sums of money for various kinds of ‘favors’, including employment, to the fraudsters.
I repeat: I am not on any social media platform. Let no one be hoodwinked into any phantom social media friendship, followership, linkage, relationship or communication with characters claiming to be Professor Chinedum Nwajiuba.
Those who go further to even allow themselves to be deceived into making payments to the fraudsters have themselves to blame. Anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that I will never ask anyone to pay money for employment, contract and the like.
Please take note and be properly guided.
Professor Chinedum Nwajiuba
Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike, Ikwo,
